In a nutshell, a fitness plan is a program of planned physical exercise sessions. These sessions can be relaxed exercises, such as a walk in the park, or they can be more strenuous, such as interval training or resistance training. If you want to get stronger or faster, lose weight, or simply improve your quality of life, consider creating a personal fitness plan to meet your goals. Retake your personal fitness assessment six weeks after starting your program and then retake it every few months.
Support your schedule: Speaking of schedules, when you create your own fitness plan you're adapting it to your life, not the other way around. Identify the types of activities you enjoy and what you want to get out of your fitness program; find out what your fitness goals are. To help you achieve your fitness goals this summer, the Simply Gym team is offering to develop a free personal exercise program for everyone who joins.
